I bought two rocketa scililies. One runs at 15 mph, the other 20, and I think the carbs need adjustment. The manual talks about a fuel flow screw, but I don't see it. Where to I find the adjustment, and how do I get the optimal setting.

Well the idle screw is usually easy to get to. Under the seat, there is usually a hole in the front of the tub, that lets you reach the idel screw with a phillips screwdriver. Removing the tub helps a lot until you figure it out. The air mixture screw can be very tricky. usually people fabricate a custom tool that they can use to reach it and turn it. On some carbs they put in a thin aluminum plug to block off access to the air mixture screw, so you might have to use a pointy tool, like an icepick or something to poke a hole in the plug and pop it out. Sometimes you have to carefully and gengerly drill a small hole in the plug to get a ice pick tip in so you can pop the plug out. Generally you seldom if ever really need to mess with the air mixture screw, unless you get into performance mods. Here is a couple of articles that go into pretty good detail on it. members.aol.com/roundr1/CVK40.htmlwww3.telus.net/dougsimpson/CVcarb.html
