Well, it's christmas in Sweden allredy ;D Today i went to the post office to pick up a HUGE box with some Scoot godis. I was so surpriced, really thought customes would have cought this uggly basterd I got all of this stuff from my friend Carlos in Taiwan, check out his ebay items.. If you dont find the thing you want email him and he could probebly get the item for you. motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZautotech355I got this.. - Dr Pully rollers (alot of em) - Racing Variator (not for me) - Racing clutch - Racing tourge cam - Springs for clutch and tourge cam - Racing Exaust (Fat basterd for 54-63mm bore) The exaust maybe wont fit my 52mm bore, but we'll se later toaday. It's a HUGE diffrence from the stock one, my stock pipe have a 22 mm dia tube from head to muffler, this one have 31mm . Here comes the pics as usual, you know im the kind of guy that deliver's *hahaha* Testing will be done NOOOW !!! This tourge cam is diffrent from stock, it has some vented holes in the plate closest to the tire. I also noticed that the diameter of the plate is slight bigger aslo. The exaust is in stainless steal i think.... FAT BASTERD as i said before and probebly a cheap alternetive to a MRP one. Intake hole is 28mm It must have got a punch in the shipping, but heey no biggy.. questions will be answared M

That pipe looks all wrong. Looks like you will be spending a little time under the tranny cover. ;D Dear daaawg .. The pipe is allllll right *lol* . It fitted like a charm but is to big for my little 125cc . My exaust exit hole in head have a diameter of about 23mm, and this new exaust have a pipe dia of 28mm. It sounds like a dirtbike with it mounted ;D, no diffrent in preformance though. I guess i would need a 59 mm big bore kit with big valve head and cam to use it in the right manner. In other words i quickly put back the tiny stock exaust , i could see my wife in front of me when i first tryed it on.. She would screem, taaake that thing off of my scoot u thingy head.. hahaha M

Ok, done some testing now.. I'we also got some new information about the clutch bell. It's going to be replaced with another modell, the jagged insides are great for "racing", but in normal use it just wears to much on the clutch pads. The clut's is surtenly a good and nice part, but i like my clutch to engage preatty quick in low RPM. But this is a race part to, so even with the lighest spring it engages to high for my liking. If you like tourge springs these are good quality, i'we tried diffrent powerd springs. But remember that in some cases you need to go up or down in Variator roller weights to find the perfect match for youre acceliration goal. The Tourge cam was almost like a stock one, just some air holes/grip in one of the plates. the angle looks to be the same as the stock, cant say if there are any other internal diffrences. Not much to say about the Dr pulley rollers, they are GREAT. I'll get back to you guys with info of the variator, my buddy just need to pick it up monday morning. Im guessing he will call me later monday and tell me what h think about it . I guess next thing to hit Sweden in parts way would be a Head and cam... Or would i maybe dare to go 59mm *LOL* M

i like autotech35 He is really reliable We use to take order on his shop and he ship within one or one and half week to france and europe But one thing is missing , or i can't find it's cam for 50 cc I want my valves to open higher and longer !!! otherwise some cfmot echarm parts could be nice for my scrappy echarm when it will be alive (again and again after it's usual failureS ) did you needed to make a new flange mount for your exhaust because of the different diameter or it fitted well ? that's a question for my scoot community

He sure is a nice guy !! You could always mail him and ask if he could get a 50cc high cam for you .. I didnt have to do anything speciall for the exaust, i got a washer/gasket that fitted. But you have to remove the stock gasked thats jamed into the head. Thoug the exaust is way to big for a stock 125cc. Pdaddy, glad to have you back! I enjoy hearing about all you tuning adventures! Every time I see this thread I see the pic at the top of all your goodies and think "man, I want some of those!!!!" Being a student, I have to do only one or two things at a time, and even then, maintainance comes first ;D Happy Tuning!!!

Hehe, it's fun with upgrades. Hmm wonder whats next.. Hit clutch and a 180cc kit though i need to strip everything down if i upgrade it any more, some welding might be needed to get this frame abit more stedy if you know what i meen. It's the same size as a 50cc scoot, so a 180cc kit would be big and beefy. M
