I am currently waiting to win the exhaust contest, but in the mean time I gutted the euro exhaust. This is very easy to do becasue the exhaust hass an alum. cover over it. I drilled the rivets, cut the ends off the exhaust welded a 2 1/2 inch exhaust tube between the ends. In therory this should give the gasses time to expand to quiet them down a little. The exit plate only has a 1/2 whole in it so this should act like a bafle for back pressure. when I put it all back together it still looks stock. I am still waiting for my front tire so I dont know what the performance differance is. I post when I find out. Brian

I had forgotten of this post too. I didn't notice a large gain in top end speed. I have a ton more torque very noticeable. My ability to hold a speed up hills is also greatly improved. The 0-40 speed seems like its twice as fast then stock. The jets I ended up with were a .38 pilot and a 1.15 main (1.20 was to fat). The noise level is not bad at all I don't know the db though. Over all I am very happy with the performance of my scoot. I think I am going to play with springs and weights to try for 60 mph (55 ish currently). Thanks for reminding me, I just thought no one cared.
