the rear turn signals (as well as the front) suck... hard to see in the FL sunshine. A quick trip to Ebay for a pair of late model GSXR rear turn signals($25.00), 10 minutes for installation and wa-la real turn signals that look and function great...(oh yea Tank Pronto 150).
Also added a Whelen TR3 LED (red)strobe($50.00) in the location of the rear reflector.. also a easy bolt on and no Fl grey hair rear enders as of yet

That's great maybe Dawg can add a "mod section" to the forum for all to share their scooter mods. I would like to install fog lights on mine.

Perhaps Medman will be so kind as to do it. Every time I try to screw with this forum, I screw it up. Something about the way the designer of the Admin section of this forum and I just don't think alike at all.

I am wondering how you wound up with this forum software, I've never seen this one before, and my browser's not particularly fond of it.

This forum is web based and not hosted on the scootdawg server. For the record, I am not an experienced webmaster. I was having trouble installing software and setting it up on the website and somebody suggested this would be easier. The price for this forum is right (free) and the company (ProBoards) generates their income from the advertising you see here. I just pay a small monthly fee so that folks can post attachments. If I paid more, we could get rid of the ads but I don't see them as that obtrusive. I've seen some proboards forums that are really sophisticated.
Just curious what sort of problems your browser has here. Works fine with Explorer.

No major issues, just slow loads, sometimes processor hogging. There's something odd about it, but no major problems. I was curious as I wasn't familiar with Pro Boards, more familiar with Fud Forum and similar software, but that does require hosting it from your server. I think there's an outfit out there offering PHP BB board hosting for free too, got a link somewhere in here, though its not important, this thing works fine enough, I was more curious as it was something I hadn't crossed paths with before.

I found this posted on a scooter forum for North Texas scooterists: www.comagination.com/bflasher.htm#COMBOA little add-in that will flash the brakes when light pressure is applied to the brake lever and flash them for a couple of seconds then go steady when you stop. They also sell a add-on that strobes the headlight in daylight conditions.
