I have a roketa 150. My headlight keeps flashing on and off when I hit a bump. I took off the headlight cover off, and one of the wires that go into the bulb feels secure but when I jiggle it, it flashes on and off, and the green metal connection is sticking up. Where is the connection supposed to be? It is the green wire. What is the green wire for? There is a rubber thing that goes over the connection. What is it for?

The one you wiggled tighten that connection at the plugs not sure about the rest a picture would help but the black rubber piece surrounds the connection area to prevent water and dust from getting inside the connection area it slep over top of the light bulb housing
