OK add another problem to my 50cc. After i solved my no spark for a few days it ran great! then it began to lose power and finally nothing. i began by carb adjustment and even replaced the carb with a new one sounds better but when i have it on center stand i give it gas the rear wheel spins but very slowly. i did valve adjustment still nothing. i am wondering if it might be something in the cvt. i opened it up today, belt looked new, not sure how the pads should look on clutch? On center stand the wheel would spin like crazy. now only goes a bit. So ideas anyone?

IS there any side to side free play in the clutch if so its your clutch its bad . there should be no movement from side to side in the clutch. it should move just in and out, and if the bads are to low that will do it too.

Check to see if your main clutch nut came loose, check the springs too, more than likely its an issue with your clutch.

The nut wasn't lose had to use impact to get it off. Now it seems to be no movement in the clutch, I was wondering how much pad should be there

The main nut the 38mm nut that holds the clutch together

I pulled the clutch and the main nut didn't catch my attention, but I need to double check

Check the main to see if its torqued down, i did a job last summer the main nut came loose and cross threaded and froze the clutch that froze the wheel. See if it threaded loose.

The wheel spins freely. Just seems like something is slipping when given gas

Ok update I tore into the cvt cleaned up everything. I greased the rollers bearings. Checked everything was tight and looked good. Put it back together still nothing. Here's what was wrong, so here's where I over thought the problem. When I bought the scooter had no spark so did all those changes including stator. the bolt holding the Fly wheel on kept coming lose had hand tighter to the best of my ability. Well since I had the impact out, I went ahead and used it to tight that bolt. Well I guess that was the problem because it runs better than before took it for a ride and it ran great.
