Okay, so the bolt that holds on the variator should have a washer between it and the front plate correct? because last time I had to actually cut off bolt with an angle grinder to remove it. I have another one and really don't want to have to do that all over again.
I already plugged cylinder with a rope and tried a breaker bar but am scared to put any more force into it without breaking something internally.
Other than heating it up or using some type of thread lubrication spray, do you have any ideas?
Its not reverse threads is it ?!?!?!?! Its a cartor talon 150cc..

Not reverse thread. A lot of problems is this, When you put on the FAN it fits on the splines on the crankshaft NOW if a little bit of the SPLINES on the CRANKSHAFT are protruding out THEN YOU NEED a WASHER to go over the SPLINE on the shaft. YOU want the nut to tighten UP AGAINST the FAN PULLEY. If Spline are showing then the NUT will tighten up against the Splines then the Fan Pulley will be loose and move out and looseing the nut. Well someone has either changed the belt before or it came from the factory without a washer and now I cant get the nut off. I just need help getting the nut off. I always put a washer between the nut and plate.

You should get a IMPACT WRENCH you will need one for the Clutch and you can us it for other nuts as well. You can put a Socket on it and then Hit the end of the Socket Wrench with a hammer to try and loosen it up. Lefty

I tried my impact wrench with no avail, tomorrow I will try to borrow my neighbors, his is a little better( bigger). Like I said I had a 3 foot breaker bar with the cylinder locked up using a bungee cord and was scared that if I put any more force into it I would break the crank or rod.

Try putting heat on the nut to make it expand a little. Lefty

You do know it has to turn counter-clockwise to loosen.
