I've only ridden my new Kymco Super 8 125cc a few times since I got it recently, but it seems that I am going quite considerably slower than what the speedometer is showing. I don't have a GPS or anything to compare it with, but I did see a mention in this review that there are a few issues with it. Has anyone else had similar problems/any possible solutions for it?

I guess it's luck. I purchased (November 2012) a Kymco Super 8 150 & it's only off 1-2 MPH tested with a GPS. Top speed is 57MPH with my frame w/ a tad over 600 miles (2 oil changes)

Ok great thanks I might just do that. I already have a bicycle speedometer so I'll see if I can get that to work on the scooter then.
