I have a Black YY250T with a black seat. Can I paint it or get a seat cover for it..? Nothing wrong with stock seat, I just want a tan leather looking seat on my black bike...

Don't use paint. Use "Vinyl Dye"! Most auto-body paint suppliers can mix you any color you want!

Go to Joann Fabric and get a yard or two of vinyl upholstery fabric if the dye route doesn't work.
As for me, I had one of those scoots and the seat was horribly uncomfortable for me. I took the padding off and mounted a tractor seat. Think of old tractors from the 1940s and earlier tractor, not a modern tractor or lawn tractor. Tractor Supply Company has them.
