I haven't installed it yet but it looks decent, didn't want to buy a 35 dollar gates premium belt like i have on my 2012 tapout, i spent way too much money on my main scoot, this scoot is a budget build.

I cant use them on my kymco for some reson they burn up. I use the stock belts they have rubber in theam so they well give a little kevlar belts dont give at all and burn up fast.

When it comes to belts its best to stick with Gates or Bando brand . I have read where some Kevlar belts tore up the variator ( could have not been installed right as I do not know ) as Kevlar is stiff . The Amarid ( could be spelled wrong ) may be a safe option . I truly hate how the belts do not last no where as long as a serpintine belt on a car or like on a Harley where my Hawg buddy said it was good for 20,000 miles .
I know it would cost a fortune but I wonder how a belt made with carbon fiber would hold up .
A buddy bought a QJ brand belt it shredded in 3 weeks . His scooter was stolen before I could look at it .
For me I love to ride and hate to push so I will only use Bando brand since they are made in Japan instead of China and Hondas come with Bandos . My Echarm had 12,000 miles on the belt and had a lil more life to give , many miles of zooming with a passenger on which really wears out the belt . A CFMoto brand belt ( which I was told made by Bando ) was 30 more than my Bando and unsure if Kevlar or Amarid but it works great .
I read some have gotten belts from Napa . Some vents may help cool the CVT and help it last longer as it gets real hot in it during the summer

Bando also comes with hardened material. Their belts are also quite stiff compared to the stock TAOTAO belts.. So far 2+k miles on a stock belt, not bad. The Bando belt is my backup, just in case, but it does look like it's got Kevlar, or if not something very stiff in them!
