Like I said on the other board Jim, I hope they're a higher quality build than Red Streak or TN'G -- we sold both and both were a nightmare. Here's a heads up, check for these problems when you get one: 1) Defective brake light switches (plastic plunger type) 2) Flimsy wiring, especially the connectors 3) Inadequate shocks 4) Bad stators 5) Rusty frames
I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but it is my understanding that all of these scooters in this body style come from the same factory, no matter what the name plate says -- JM Star/Jonway makes them all, and they are all sub-standard builds/parts. Perhaps Ice Bear is different? I don't know, but I would go slow at first and see how they hold up. We don't have a single one left on the road. Most of them taken back on trade at full retail to make the customer happy.
I sincerely hope you have a better experience than we did! I looked long and hard for this body style made by another factory, and if Ice Bear can prove theirs is different, we might be interested.
-Rich

It is being made by their factory (DIAX) just like the trikes. I will be preordering one. The only ones they have right now are for the trade show, not for sale. Jim/Owner Rapid Repair

Will it even move with a 50cc engine and such a huge rear wheel? How much will this rear tire cost?

Will it even move with a 50cc engine and such a huge rear wheel? How much will this rear tire cost? I am sure it is geared for the size of the rear wheel. Cost of a new tire is not available yet. This is brand new for the trade show. I will post more info as I get it. Jim

I bet it corners interestingly. I imagine a replacement tire will be fun to find too...
It looks cool. Not for me though

I really don't think that the width of the rear tire is going to change corning all that much if at all. You see Harleys with big fatties on the rear all over the place. Now I know it is silly comparing a scooter to a Harley, however the principle is the same. Will know more after I get one in, after the trade show.

No one ever accused a Harley (except the flat trackers) of turning well though. Is the tire round in profile like the Harley cause it sure looks real wide and flat. I guess we won't know how they turn till someone rides one

Response has been great. This trike was supposed to have come on the market last year but was delayed due to the extensive mods they made to the MAgnum and Tornado. From what IB has told me the first conatiner is almost sold out from preorders. Jim/Owner Rapid Repair

What if any are the improvements. Does it have the linhai clone engine like my mainstreet 300?.

I've never understood the appeal of the "naked" bike. It looks like something someone cobbled together from spare parts in their garage.
