Hello everyone, im on a tablet sobare with me & the small paragraphs. For some reason I cant get it to write the whole page. So on to business..
My scoot cranks but will not start & ive done everything from checking plug, hoses, gas. Ect.. now when I took the carb off to clean & check it out, gaswas visible there @ the intake . Am I to assume I have a bent valve?
When I went to start it the other night, it kinda sounded like something got sucked into my exhaust. Its a stock exhaust on a 08 roketta 150cc. So the hole is actually pretty small & it curves downward.
I guess ill start with the topend & check valves, piston ect..
Ive actually had gas fill up to the intake boot on carb b4 but its been to long & I 4 get.
So any help is good help & thanks

Everything on carb is good, I just took topend off checked valves & no bent valves. Omg this is frustrating. Emissions no, took all that out when I gotthe bike.

1 did you check to see if you have spark at the plug when you crank it over?
2 if so then remove the air cleaner boot at the carb and spray a bit of carb cleaner into the throat of the carb and see if it trys to start or starts.
Let us know

I checked spark- spark was good, idk Wth but I just put the essentials on & it fired right up. I did adjust the valves the so maybe it was just as simple as that. I shoulda checked the exhaust valve before removing. Well it's running now, but I'm willin to bet $$ that the exhaust valve just needed adjusting.
