My brand new Tao Tao T3 blew over in a storm and now the fuel gauge isn't working. It shows empty even though it has a full tank. Any idea what might be the most likely part to break after receiving a jolt like that? Fuel sending unit or the gauge itself?

Maybe the plug just jostled loose by the fall. Check the connection of the fuel sending unit.

Maybe the plug just jostled loose by the fall. Check the connection of the fuel sending unit. That was the problem. It's working fine now. Now I just need to repair the busted rear turn signal lens Grrr. I hate high winds and no garage!
