I have read through many no spark issues on many different web sites but have not been able to fix mine. I have a Chinese scooter 50 cc. I have changed the cdi box spark plug igntion coil and wire and also stator. I have checked the kill switch and show ground when off and open when on. I am running out of ideas on what it is and need things to double check. I get one spark at the start and then nothing. I bought this used and the guy I bought it from was ridding it but the day I went to look at it he could not get it started, so I got it cheaper then I was expecting. But did not think it was going to be this much trouble. Thanks for any replies

if you have already been through most no spark conditions must have a bad stator if you change the cdi out like you said only leaves a bad stator

On the above test is it normal when looking at voltage out on stator to jump around. I mean go from zero to 45 to 20 to 15 to 25 or should it be a constant number?

Update! Got her running, 1. Voltage was jumping around due to the fact I has my Mutimeter set to dc. 2. The reason I was not getting spark was that the pickup coil was to far from the fly wheel. When fully tightened the coil was several inches from flywheel. So I did not tighten down and made it a business card distance from where the mag on the out side of the fly wheel.
