Allright, so I have used aluminum and lead to melt down and form some intricate small items and was thinking I could do the same with a 61mm jug.
What I'm wondering is would a USA made, precision milled steel insert, aluminum (6061 grade I believe it was) cast 61mm jug be a highly desired item? Im still figuring out pricing and stuff included but I would like to sell it near $100-150 so its competitively priced but we will see.

I had a Honda CR 125 that was .60 and ran hot . put in a chromoly sleeve and used a .30 over Wiseco piston and would keep up with a stock 250 and smoke stock 125s . I had more mods too

If it wasn't going to be a little bit of trial and error (finding places to order materials that meet the requirements, long strong life) I would just sell two, build them and send em out (two sales would cover costs of startup, including some trial and error... but it would take a bit more time to receive the order so I don't want to do that to someone)
Anyways, chromoly seems the best material after looking
