Congrats! What make/model? (Like the nickname; mine is the "Frawg," because the first day I had it out, I took it on this road with a lot of humps and it jumped up and down the whole way, plus it's bright orange like a poison dart frog).

Congrats!
Mine is closing in on 14,000 now after 1 1/2 years on the road. I have not had much time to ride lately aside from my daily commute otherwise I would be at 20,000 already.
More safe miles to you!

The next 10000 will be on a different scoot. I'm gonna get either a 09 kymco xciting 250 or 500. Which ever is available.

what work did you on it? It'd be cewl if a stock bike could do 10k miles with just a belt change, 2 valve adjustments, 1 new battery and a filter/hoses/spark plug change.

My 250 is stock and is just about to hit 14,000 with just the two regular oil changes and at about 13,000 the first belt change. No valve adjustments or battery change required yet.

My xpeed is stock everything. Regular maint. They did have to reflash the ecu. One belt break. And charging issues (when it was new). Other than that. Just oil changes and tire change.

My BMS260 EFI needed a belt change at 2-2,5k miles. But I did often used to ride the crap out of it; only in the latter 1k miles did I ride more economically. They used a cheapo belt.

Sweet I recall when I hit 10k miles . I am now around 13,500 and still running like day one . Put on a Bando belt at 12k could have went longer but did it to be safe
