I thought it would be nice to have a thread with the absolute best product in a given category for scooter riders. For example, if you put a tire on and then went riding on wet ice for six hours and never slipped, that would fit well into best ice tire. I have very few, but I'll list. Please follow suit (and repeating is fine--that just gives another vote to your product). If you tried Bubba's glue and it kind-of worked but you didn't try any other glue, that wouldn't belong in the list. Must be a proven great product when you used it for what it said it would do.
water protection--CorrosionX red can anti-fog for face-shields--Clarity DeFog It drops w/microfiber towel seat cushion--Airhawk or Airhawk II battery charger--Battery Tender Jr. (thanks for reminding me, loncindawg) fuel anti-freeze/oil cleaner--Seafoam

- Battery Tender - The Club 493 Tire Claw: Fits under the seat. - Milton S920 pencil type tire pressure gauge - Pit Posse tire repair and inflator kit (but remove the included pressure gauge and throw in the S920) - Motion Pro Tygon Ultra fuel line - NGK Iridium spark plugs - AAA membership with motorcycle add-on (100 miles free "towing"). Competing services wanted me to choose from a list of approved makes and models and, of course, mine didn't appear. AAA covers the individual, regardless of what she or he is riding/driving, even my scoot with Mexican plates. Motel discounts are another plus. - Kawasaki 841337 12-volt impact wrench for belt changes on long treks (assuming you have a cigarette lighter and appropriate torque extension) - Do Wrap Sweatvac Ventilator Cap: I have nine of these. I change and launder them like I do my socks (read: daily). They keep your helmet from quickly becoming sweaty and nasty inside in the summer. - Alpinestars clear Mud Coat: I keep one under the seat for unexpected downpours. - Clear Eyes: My left eye completely dried out in the middle of a 399-kilometer ride due to cold, dry desert winds, and I couldn't see anything out of it. Quite scary, especially since I had to ride another 399 kilometers on the return trip the following day. I went to Terrible Herbst and picked up some of these drops and they fixed me right up. Absolutely swear by them. - Pet Gear I-GO2 Plus Traveler rolling backpack carrier for dogs and cats up to 25 pounds: For those of us who wouldn't stoop so low as to actually own a cage (just kidding, folks ... I use mine as a tool shed), a great way to take your small dog or large cat to the vet.
Can someone list the best tire changer and DC CDI? Thanks.

Anything Polini.... Really like my Kenda 453 Those two colored grips...I think called "Pro-grips", made in Italy, excellent vibration suppression! NGK irridium Premium fuel! My wind shield, tho a cheap universal brand, is still making me happy. My generic better than stock rear shock, awesome.

For safety gear you can never go wrong with a decent leather jacket. I use two in particular. If I'm riding my small bike and not going very far, by far my favorite is the Cool Rider Jacket on Leatherup. www.leatherup.com/p/Mens-Motorcycle-Jackets/Xelement-Mens-Leather-Vented-Cool-Rider-Jacket/42598.htmlThey occasionally go on sale for $89. I got mine for that price. Amazing quality, the Buffalo leather is very thick and weighs about 10 pounds yet is not stiff at all. And even riding in the hot California sun almost every day for 5 years the jacket still looks brand new, no fading at all. I can't even say that about my expensive leather gloves that have faded and needed replacement every couple years. If I'm riding my big bikes or on the freeways for maximum safety I like my armored leather jacket the EXL MJ11. motodirect.com/product/102_103-Leather-Motorcycle-Jackets/170-EXL-Motorcycle-EXL-Jackets-MJ111-Blue-Mens-Leather-Biker-Jacket.htmlBest deal for an armored leather jacket at $89 at CE armor and has a very good full length liner so it's very warm even on really cold days as long as I wear gauntlet gloves and something to keep my neck warm and windproof. I got the red color in particular. Matches my red and white Sym Wolf quite nicely too.
