try ebay I needed a diaphram and there were none to be found so I ordered a carb from ebay exchanged the part worked fine, the exact part is expensive

Was the carb totally different from what was pictured on the website?

ok thanks the throttle cable part and the ports were different can i use it but switch the throttle cable bracket

yes, there are quite a few variations with throttle cables, and we've had customers just swap over or modify. As long as the manifold spigot is the same, everything else is easy. You should also check the jetting before you install and add gas. You'd have a better idea than I would since you're able to look at it directly yourself. Go ahead and email pictures to Shelly so we have this on file and maybe we can add a new carb.

BTW, are you certain your 260 is a suzuki burgman clone? I thought that they were Yamaha VOG's since Yamaha contracts chinese factories, and Suzuki rarely does, the old AD50 being the exception.
