Ive been thinking about the 232cc, +8mm crank and a 67mm bore. Ill either go with 216 or 232cc not sure which yet. Ive seen people using the +2 crank with out any problem as far as shimming the base of the cylinder. Did you have to do any shimming? Do you have a seat for that bad boy?

the seat pan still has to go to upholstery , its a real busy seat pan holds my ECU , regulator , relays, Horn ,CDI ,Ignition box ,etc I didnt want to get it covered till i was sure i was done With Electrical Fiasco should be getting coverd in the next days or weeks, seat should look cafe-esqe with a bump/hump on the rear .

Thats a cheap stroker crank, Im using Taida for mine. If I had an extra gy6 around Id buy one just because its so cheap.

Koso is a good one and very cool looking but 200$+, stage 6 is expensive but awesome around 180-300, and trailtech vapor 140-180$ is the cheapest and does all of what the others do and more. It has a temp gauge that works with either head or water temp sensors. The other 2 do not for anywhere near same price.

the mono shock bracket's are hand made , I'll post some pics of it ,it took a while to figure out its conture fit to hug the top of the motor from the right outside engine bolt where it mounts to around the starter housing ,using over sized and gusseted metal i think it was 3/8ths thick . no flex and my safety were my goal

This is one of the cool build threads I've read so far like project green meanie and a few others. it's awesome to see the work you guys create and then it inspires me to want to do some more work on mine. Anyway, too cold to be working on stuff right now BUT I'm still riding (almost daily) so long as the white stuff stays away

Got my exhaust back From PerformanceKote i had it ceramic coated entirely in silver ,then had the body of it coated in black to raise the thermal barrier it protects up to 2000 degrees. My wheels are also Ceramic coated silver i love this stuff. performancekote.com/i plan to wrap it in titanium exhaust wrap for the LOOK!lets see how that works out.
