Ok, spent a few hours today figuring out (during the process) what has to come off for a intake valve adjust. I'm going to lose the light in less than an hour, but atleast I got to where I did.
Now, I'm open to any constructive criticism if anyone sees anything in the video I'm going to post below as to anything I might have gone overboard on taking off....
Valve adjustment not done yet, but in process tonight , probably finish tomorrow sometime....
For anyone coming along, so far there is not anything physically "hard" about doing this (so far anyway). The 'hard' part if there is any to this point is like with anything the first time you do it- what the heck do I need to take off of my scooter to get to what I want to do....the "unknown" if you will.
Well, after this, taking the plasitics off the front of the bike for anything I might do (already a few months ago swapped out for 55w headlights) should be a PIECE OF CAKE. ;D
Ok, up for your perusal is this video of where I stand so far and please if there are any helpful comments or tips in hindsight for me making it easier next time... don't hesitate to post them. Thanks.
Please forgive my few cuss words in this...there are one or two F-words...and maybe the word "b*&^h" or two- I can't remember.

Cloudsifter, I too adjusted my valves on my 250cc roketa scooter, .004 intake and .005 exhaust, I've learned a few tricks along the way, don't stripe all of mine anymore, hope you get your scoot fixed (I know they can be a pain) Attachments:
