Aeolus 300 muffler mount

Guys, as part of the same operation of checking belt etc (mentioned in the other thread) I came across a couple other things, one of them is I am not sure if there is a bolt missing in the top here on the muffler mount. On the bottom of the muffler there are two bolts that ARE intact in holes that look just like this one... but it "seems" that there could be one missing in this hold on top as well. Am I correct?

I'll admit, I did not go through and loctite any bolts during my pdi. Just checked them for tightness.

Yes there should be a blot in there.

Exhaust mount, probably never mounted, (or rattled out, but I've never had that happen to me).

The more I think about it, the more I think there must have been a bolt there... you can't see the two on the bottom without leaning over, and I remember seeing one that looked just like the two on the bottom.
