Bought a MD150T-6 used. They stripped the threads TRYING to install the variator. Anyone with the thread size and pitch of the shaft and variator nut? Thanks, The new guy.

Same threads as the clutch nut. Take the clutch nut to the hardware store and match it.

I did some searching and it's a 12mm diameter x 1.5mm threads

I did some searching and it's a 12mm diameter x 1.5mm threads Not sure where you got that info but every 50cc and 150cc scooter I have seen has M12x1. 25 threads to hold the variator on. |
