Forgive me if this is somewhere on the forum, i've looked and can't seem to find it. I need to replace my Tires and Rims on Roketa MC54 250B. Ran over a pothole and bent the rim to heck. I am trying to find the best replacement part and how to take apart the rear wheel. Is the brake assembly going to cause a problem or am I over analyzing it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Tried to change my tubeless tires by myself and couldn't get the new tire on the rim. Anyway, wish you luck. The tricky part is removing the exhaust and removing the big nut on the rear axle. I used a 12V 340Nm impact wrench and it worked like charm. And yes, you can disposition the rear drum brake, so just don't mess with it. If you carefully remove the wheel it'll be ok.

I bent up the front rim a few months back. I ended up getting the rim from Rocketa at www.roketa.com. (front rim) when you look at their parts layout, it isn't really obvious, but you can get the axle and wheel bearing assembled with the rim for only $5.00 more. Part 21. They didn't have just the rim assembly in stock, though, so I had to buy rimset and mounted tire or wait for one from China. Please let us know if you find a replacement supplier from somewhere else..

I needed to buy a new rim, after Goodyear changed my rear tire and bent the rim. Cost $100 from Roketa.. Pretty expensive $80 for the rim and $20 shipping and handling.. But that is not all, because Roketa sent me the wrong rim. The sent me a rim for a MC54 B and was suppose to send a MC-13-250 rear rim.. It was their fault, so Roketa sent me Express Mail over night serivce, the correct rim and sent me a package, postage paid so I could send them the MC54 B rim back.. Thing happen. Had Honda place the tire and my rim- they use a machine that does a perfect job everytime.. I will bring my scooter tires to them..
