260cc motor scooter : XY260T-4 HELP!!!

I just recently purchased a Xingyue 260cc motor scooter : XY260T-4 I am still waiting on the title so I'm not sure of the year. Only has 3200 miles on it, but I think it was left outside for a period of time. The sight glass on the Rear brake master cylinder is leaking and I am having trouble finding parts. I also need a glove box latch, seat box latch, and key blank, this key has a security feature of a hex knob on the plastic part of the key that shuts a door over the ignition keyhole, kinda cool, but not if you need a new key. Can any body help?

(They're BMS, almost the same as Vogue, or other names this bike has had in the past).

I don't know if you can get blank keys of these bikes.
The hex key is magnetic. The magnetic lock opens up and you can lock the key entry. You can achieve the same with a strong magnet, and a flat screw driver that fits the hole.

It is a 2008.
