i have a friend that wants to change the handlebars on his 54b roketa. he wants to know is there a screw to take out are these wielded on bars. and how hard would it be to change the bars. thanks

I have the mc-54-250b roketa scooter, there are two big scews in back of handle bar, side panels on handle bar, there is scews there, , once you have those scews out, the handle bar plastic under where you put ignition key in pop out, becareful when pulling up in that area, two little taps under there. (if you don't need the plastic on the handle bar, I'd be interested as long its not broke. The metal part of the handle bars I'm not sure about, think there is a big nut and bushing that holds the handle bars in place.
