The Honda Foresight 250 scooter is what the Chinese copied the Roketa MC-13-250 scooter from.. A fairly close look a like. The Honda has more horsepower 19.4 and more cc 249.4... Roketa has 16hp and 244cc .. Now the Foresight went 0 to 60 mph in 13.2 seconds. My scooter does about the same for takeoff. The 244cc engine was designs off the CN250 Helix also made by Honda. The Foresight never came to America..
