XY260T Fuse issue?

Hey all. So here is the issue, about 2 weeks ago I lost my turn signal and horn. They just stopped working and I am not sure why. The bright button for the headlights still works so I know that it is not all of the controls for the left bar. I replaced the fuse but it just blows every time the turn signals are used. The only thing that I could think of is that somewhere a covering in the wiring harness has come loose and there are multiple wires touching.

So any other thoughts as to why this would happen. I was hopping to not have to tear through the wiring harness but that is the only thing that I can think of.

Sometimes a bulb can short out or the flasher might have an internal short. If it blows the fuse with both turn signals then look from the switch to the flasher.
