I haden't used my Vino in a while and today, I discovered a tiny pool of oil beneath it, so I started looking for leaks. I posted the picture to show where the oil's coming from, if more pictures are needed please let me know. I know a little bit about cars but I'm clueless with the two stroker of the scooter, hopefully somebody here can help me a little bit. Thanks in advance! Attachments:

really need a few more pic's, but from what I can see your carbs float could be causing this, as in the float is stuck keeping needle opened. Could just be what hammer suggested also.
if leaving scoot sitting for a while you should always drain the bowl, as the gas well go bad causing the carb to varnish up. not to mention if its a mix which on the 2 stroker it is the oil and gas well separate and in that small of a compartment you will not get that to mix agian.

OK I'll try to get more pics today. The scooter hasn't been tipped over but I did notice that the carb is covered in oil. (dunno if that is normal) The scooter runs fine though.
Thanks for the help!

well on 2 stoke, it wont just be oil but a gas and oil mix. if your gas line arnt leaking near the carb, then its most likely float getting stuck causing it to over flow in the over flow line.
I have a motorized bicycle and I was getting that all over the carb and I found out that the float was causing it. when you have an excess of fuel spilling out into the over flow line is to short your going to get it all over the carb.
I would put a longer over flow line on it, leading down to as close to the ground as possible if you can, but check and adjust the float to keep the needle from coming out to far and getting stuck.
what happens is the needle comes out to far then when it trying to go back into the hole it will go in kind of at an angle thus getting stuck.
