I am new to scooters and just bought a 2008 Jonway (YY250T-2 / MC-68A-250). I have noticed that not only did I need to replace the fuses, but one of the original fuses did not connect all the way into the box and the gap was probably just enough to draw a current, but with it not being in all the way, began to surge and melted the inside of the individual fuses' compartment and a quarter inch of the wire leading into that compartment.
It leads me to think that I need to just replace the fuse box. I am happy to do that, but does anyone have experience with that? It look fairly straightforward, but I just have never done that.
Anyone else ever have this problem?

it should be strait forward just mark the wires as you take them off. i had the same thing on my bali turns out the connector was loose in the fuse box try pushing it up and then put some rtv in the bottom to hold it up. that will also insulate the wire a little better.
