ABS?

I currently own a people 150. I just had my job site change, and now I have a 15mile round trip commute on interstates. The 58 to 60mph of my 150 doesn't cut it. I've been looking and I like the People 300GTI. The question is whether or not the 300GTI/ABS model is available in the states, and what is the MSRP//
