Check out this puma speedo. We think this is the best Chinese scooter we have seen. And we work on about 70 scooters a month. This is the Puma Speedo 50. These come with a 1 year warranty part and labor. Its rides solid looks sweet, the seat is quality all led lighting, projector headlight. That is why I call them the Cadillac's of scooters.

I like CFMoto since they have EFI and LC engines . I am very happy with my Jonway Magnum which is a 2T with 13 inch wheels and disc brakes F&R which is almost unheard of for a 50 to have . My Echarm just went over 11,000 miles and only has oil changes and a single valve adjustment and still hits 75 MPH and the limiter in the ECU kicks in grrr . It still has the factory belt too

Of all the China scoot dealers I think the folks at Puma are the nicest, most courteous, and helpful. Anyone considering a Chinese scooter should make them their first stop, add to that the fact that Znen bikes are better made than almost anything else coming off the mainland, and you can't go wrong.
P.S. If you can see how nicely made your machine is others can too...... LOCK IT UP!!!!!

Here is Pumas new Valentine scooter, I dig it. I had a chance to ride it. it rides great. If I owned one I would go 80cc kit on it and a pipe. We have a classic pipe ($175) that would be sweet on this scooter. Here is the video from scootersforsaleusa.com www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDo7hGiVkYs&feature=plcp

seems like BMS also got on the Italian scoot wagon, and created their own twist of an italian classic, with a modern sports scoot!

You get what you pay for...I bet this is more than 799.$ like all those Tao-Tao's. Shame on them! My TNG listed for 1700. That's why I'm still riding it after 8 years.

That is a true fact. You do get what you pay for. I had a customer with a brand new Tao Tao that smoked. I pulled the top end apart and there were no oil rings. they were missing....... I was like Huuuuuuh "customer, Tao Tao forgot to install the piston rings."
A good thing about some of the Tao Tao's is they have 60cc motors in them. Even know you purchased a 50cc. I found this out more then once installed a big bore kit. But the absolute worst thing about a tao tao is: They rivet there carburetor shut. If you need to do a carb clean then you need a dremel tool or a new carb.
Tao Tao is to be used for point a to point b type riding, not for weekend expeditions.

Geez Hank, I've never had the H&K 91 grand slam breakfast at Denny's. (with a side order of John Browning's 1911 .45 ACP) But I bet I would give the bad guys a case of indigestion..... and relief when the cops show up to haul their sorry butts off to the pokey. P.S. shouldn't the "dinner knife" be a K bar?

Nah, just throw the hot cup of coffee in someone's eyes, and they'll leave your scoot alone! Leaves you with the eggs and bacon to enjoy!

I've had my eye on one of these: Would be great for loading up when I go to the woods. Could haul my soon to be dinner all the way back too.

I've had my eye on one of these: Would be great for loading up when I go to the woods. Could haul my soon to be dinner all the way back too. I would get the 150 cc version as the 50 is very slow compared even to most stock 50 cc scooters, all that storage adds a lot of weight. www.pumacycles.com/50cc--Roadstar.html

Actually the roadstar is lighter than my sunny with all the plastic on it. My sunny weighs in at 195 with the bodywork included, the roadstar only weighs 180 according to puma's site: www.pumacycles.com/50cc--Roadstar.htmlThe Jakester reminds me alot of the Piaggio I used to have. The aftermarket for the gy6-b is limited though isn't it? Your right though, I would go for the 150. It would be hard to haul 200lb of deer back on a 50.
