I just wanted to know if anyone has ever owned one of these scooters. It is a 2002 and has 10k miles on it. I know its not chinese, but does anyone know if that mileage is good for this type of scooter?? I dont know what the normal lifespan of these scooters are. Any info is appreciated.

10000 on a Honda is just into the toddler years. Buy it. I almost picked one up in similar conditions instead of the Burgman. Honda motors are rock solid

Yeah, scootnwinn is dead on!! It's considered low miles as far as I'm concerned.

As long as the oils were changed at least close to normally it's probably got a lot of life left in it. I don't recall what year but I found out a friend of mine who'd moved away started riding one when he first got to CA and he had over 40k miles on it. He probably still owns it actually. edit: 40k miles on a 250cc scooter engine. Bears repeating.

I agree to all above, If it had very low miles, I'd be careful of those.
