I was having difficulty putting in the beads with new 90 degree valve stems, I found that by filling the 4 inch clear plastic tube that comes with the kit Dyna-bead sells, with about a inch worth of the beads then blowing air in (gently) from a bike pump they zip right in no problem. Expect a puff of air to come back at you as the tire is acting much like a balloon, but the beads stay in. (it took some time, but sure beats what they recommend in the instructions if these type valves give you problems, namely, taking the whole tire off.
