Scooter Exhaust Question

Ok here is my scooter exhaust header pipe stock. The little two screw bracket that connects to engine just slips on the end of the pipe in picture. On this ruler it seems to show that pipe is 1.2 inches.

I ordered a muffler that is 1.1811 inches for the inside muffler. Will this muffler fit my exhaust pipe when it comes in the mail or is this never going to fit? Connector Diameter 1"/26MM



Is the Roketa MC-54 250B stock exhaust muffler welded on the other side I have not even tryed to take that side off yet?

Took that monkey thing back to Toledo just like the women too tight wont fit. Moving onto another exhaust will publish photos in 3 weeks when I getter done.
