OK my scoot wont start. I had battery tested and its good. I will shorten this up. All efforts were failing so I jumped the bike with my car and it started. As soon as I removed the jumper cables it start running real bad but did not die. It will not start unless I hit it with jumper cables and Im sure that is a bad thing to do.

You can jump scoot from car battery, but never let the car run. I'd check the R/R to see if its good, there known to drain the battery when bad.

Yours is right near the CDI, lower and in the center under the dash. You need to take off the faring to access.
