Could be a few things:
1 Idle need adjusting 2 fuel air mixture needs adjusting 3 vacuum leak 4 valves need adjusting
my guess is valves need adjusting.

I'll check it out, thanks jimboeau, after awhile the idle will go back up and stay at 1900rpm's.

I had a very similar thing going on with my scoot and decided to make it easier for me to adjust on the fly. See the following thread for my solution to idle adjustment issues. External Idle Adjustment

That is a great idea, but mine adjusting screw is on top to the right side of carb.

I think I found the problem, its my enricher, I came to work today (13 miles) and check my enricher, it wasn't hot at all, it was barely warm to the tough.

Oh, the automatic choke? I sure wish our bikes came with a manual choke... Perhaps that will be one of my future projects.

Still have starting issues, it take several cranks to start, after about 3 or 4 cranks it will start for about 2 seconds and it will keep this up until finally it will start. today tryed to start scoot, acted the same way, but this time I ran the battery down, (had an issue with a cracked intake manifold, fix with liquid tape and wrap with elictric tape) I think this may be the problem again. I'll show pic of intake before I fix it)
