Just purchased a multimeter and did some test to the battery.
It appears to me that the charging system is not working.
The battery read is 13.05 V without start, 12.43 V just start (~1.5 K rpm), and 12.40 V at about 4.5 K rpm.
The system is not charging the battery. No wonder I kept experiencing battery draining.
When the fan kick in, the battery lost more power and eventually dried up.
My guess is the rectifier and/or the stater.
Any suggestion?

It won't be starter, I think it would be your Regulator/rectifier, they are known for draing batteries, and of course your main charging system is the startor.
Hey 22cents, when checking out that R/R, make sure all your connections are tight.
