Well mine was working fine a month ago went on a early am ride on the way back I looked down an noticed my meter hitting red I was like 10 th of a mile from home by the time I got home it was over heating fluid pouring out since then I've replaced the t-stat and the radiator sensor switch and sat there all day burping and no fan would come on seriously just totally lost now I've burped it before and the fan always came back on but this last time absolutely nothing I just so dang tired of fighting this I know I wasted my money with what I have spent on this China piece of crap I could have bought me a Majesty 400 or even a Burgman 400 pays to shop around I was to hasty and in a hurry but now I got this and just want the fan to come on dang before this happen it never got above the 1/2 mark now the fan is bummed out I know the fan works I crossed the wires and it came on so anyway's I'm neither here nor there

Bypass the switch to see if the fan works as the motor can go bad just like the thermostat switch can . Opps reread it . Well get a meter and see it the switch is getting power and allowing power out of it . Check the oil level and see if its milky like when a head gasket breaks which allows coolant into the oil .
My Echarm the fan comes on a 3rd of the way up on the temp gauge but only gets there in the summer time . When its cool it never comes on but only 1/4 on the gauge .
Yes the China stuff is not as good as Japanese but most of us love how much less they cost and do not mind wrenching to save money .
I have only had Suzuki dirt and street cruisers but was very happy with the quality of all of my Suzukis
Honda Silverwing is another deluxe scooter . I have not had one , but I have had Honda Xr50 , CR 80 and 125 , CM400A , Shadow , lawnmowers and 2 cars and Honda is well made , easy to work on and aftermarket parts were cheap where genuine Honda parts are pricey .
Is the pump working ? Should be able to feel the coolant flow by touching a hose when warm and can burn you if its hot . Was the hose near the thermostat swelled or whitened ? Thats a sign the thermostat was not opening . If you have a thermometer like for a turkey , boil water and put in old thermostat and see if it opens .
Check radiator fins for bugs and if any is mashed and blow the air flow through it .
Does it leak antifreeze or have mist in the exhaust ? I had a car and the head gasket cracked but did not loose compression and would be out of coolant under 20 miles with no leaks . It would steam out through the exhaust
