Heads up if you are looking to buy here outside of Kansas City. West of the city is a dealer called 50 HWY Cycles/salvage. Becareful dealing with them. Bought a scoot 7 weeks ago and only able to ride it 2 weeks. Still having problems. Be aware if you think about buying from them.

Bintelli, the ride I bought was a Velocity 150 by ? The scoot has around 500 miles on it now. The time line of problems: Front wheel replaced because of wild up and down bounce just getting it off the dealers lot. Had to also replace side mirrors because one was broken. At around 300 miles main drive belt broke leaving me stranded in the country. Got a ride home and dealer did picked it up. Waited over two weeks before drive belt was replaced. Scoot then would start to stall out after warming up but could keep it running by opening gas for a higher idle. Replaced spark plug and gas filter. Have changed oil twice once at less than 50 miles and just recently at 500 miles. Also changed gear oil . Now it acts gas starved after it warms up or gas tank shows half full. Going to replace all fuel lines and vacuum lines. This is my only transportation and I can only do so much because of knee and hip problems. No help from dealer, except when stuck in country. Basically their response is tough luck. Was suppose to be a 2011 model, then got papers and found it was a 2008 model.

Unfortunately too many "dealers" pop up that have no clue about working on these scooters. They sell to make a quick buck and don't care about service after the fact. Anybody that has a few hundred dollars buy a scooter to resell and unfortunately, many states allow them to do that without a dealer license.
My thought is that your scooter just needs a bit of tuning.
Check the vacuum lines for sealing or holes. You should just replace the carburetor with a decent aftermarket one that has a good A/F screw. Adjust the valves. Make sure the fuel petcock is working properly.
