so my bali keeps blowing the inline fuse between the battery & the coil. i replaced the regulator about a week ago, then it got rained on for about three days strait so im hoping i didnt fry the battery cuz it had 9.8 volts when i plugged it in now with a fully charged batt i turn the key & it blows the fuse no matter what

check your grounds for something loose, did you move any grounds when you replaced the regulator? Something is either crimped and making contact or something is loose to blow your fuse.

all the wires are tight as far as i know im hoping the rain didnt short out the battery, because when i pulled it out there was about an inch of water in the battery box
