I have a brand new still in the box charged up and ready to go 12N7-4B battery! Price is $35.00 bucks! Why? Someone stole the POS scooter before I could put it in! I highly doubt I'll ever see it again so might as well get rid of this battery.

Don't be too sure...did you make a police report? Mine was stolen about a month ago and it was found after about 3 days. Here's the skinny. Scooter thieves will only take what they can reuse and since most scooters have the access to the gas tank either under the seat or under a locked gas cap....one the thing runs out of gas they will ditch it. Mine had a lock cap on the gas tank and no matter what they did, they were unable to get into it. The police found mine abandoned in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
The important thing is to report the theft. If you did that, chances are real good once they run all the gas out of it, they will ditch it somewhere....that is unless your gas cap is easy to get to. Mine was all beat up but even after everything they did to it...they were unable to fuel the thing up. I have my scoot back and even though I've had to spend some cash to fix the damage they did to it (drive it like you stole it is a phrase that comes to mind here)....I got my scoot back. I say give it a few weeks before you try to sell the battery. If the cops do find it you are going to be pretty ticked off if you sell that battery and they end up recovering your scoot.

Yeah I reported it Monday but haven't heard anything. It had a disc lock on it so if they went through all the trouble to toss it in a truck I'm thinking they've already got it in pieces.
