the person working on my scooter broke off one of the tabs holding the black plastic piece under taillight and wraps around to each side. Can the tabs be just replaced or do I need whole piece,if so where can i find the part number??And good place to buy?

I've replaced some tabs with small peaces of sheet metal "L" brackets and use epoxy to glue in place. You can also sometimes use an epoxy to mold a new tab.
