If it's like the Roketa 250 54b removing the seat will not get you to the carb. You will need to remove the seat and all the skin as well. I replaced the carb on the 54b through the inspection hole. Tight and hard area to work but it was easier and faster then removing all the skin.

I would thing if you remove the seat9 two #19 nuts on the side) then remove the storage part under the seat you would have a good look from the top sown to see.

No camera darn it but remember there are two 54B's or YY250T. The CN250 with the Honda vertical clone engine and the CL horizontal engine. The seat pan's maybe different.

To remove the seat there are 2 nuts on the hinge plate, 10mm socket. Next remove the luggage rack, 3 bolts (can be unbolted with the trunk still attached) Think they were 12mm socket. Next is the fender, 2 screws under taillight then 4 screws under that small plate. remove screws around the under seat storage opening, 6 I think. Then the screws at the bottom of the panels near the passenger foot pegs, 2 or 3 per side. Should lift off while pulling sides apart slightly. Watch for the tail lights, twist them out. Remove the seat lock cable. Next remove the bolts holding the storage box, 10mm socket, I think there were 6 of them. Watch for other screws on the fenders, dont want to break any tabs. Then you can get at carb very easily. Where is the leak coming from?

Also check your anti freeze line going to carb, mine had rubbed through on the electrical harness. The little short line was the one. I also zip tied any loose hoses and electrical so they could not rub. I have the same scoot with the CF moto engine.
