I have a Roketa 250cc Bali. The previous owner lost the stock radio. I can tell it is stock from the stock wiring harness speakers and such.
Where do I get another radio cheap? It would be great to not have to rerun all the wires.

Wow Great price @ 29 bucks almost seems like it's too good to be true. My bike has a built in antenna. This is a real good deal!

I could never hear my stock radio as I rode around, so I pulled it out when I installed my HID ballasts. I think a lot of people decide to either upgrade to a radio that actually works or take it out to free up space for something else. If you really want a working radio, you would probably be happier upgrading from the stock unit.

Not too good to be true...my scoot has one...kewl part...you get a remote...so you don't have to take your eyes off the road to change stations.. What I did...mount the remote to my dash with a cell phone mount(5 bux at Wal Mart)...then the buttons are right in front of you... You do not need to use the antenna...it unscrews...then connect yours to it..

Indeed, it might be that your new stereo will blow the stock speakers. I don't know what stock speakers you have installed, but you'll probably need something bigger than 4 in drivers, to hear (or be heard). I'm sure a bike like that has very little space for larger drivers, unless you can drill holes in the sidewall plastic under the seat, and install them pointing outward of the helmet compartment, and install 2x3,5" tweeters on the dashboard. Or just install 2x3,5-5" drivers in the dashboard, and one 8-10" subwoofer in the helmet compartment

I always found that no matter how good the radio and speaker are unless you willing to blast everyone else of the road with your volume you can't hear the radio over the road noise. I installed a Cardo Scala head set in my helmet. The radio in it sucks but it's BlueTooth. So I use a $5 FM trasmitter my mp3 player. It trasmits only 30 feet so my headset and bike radio pickup the trasmition. The headset has built in volue control that adjusts up/down automaticly with the road noise. So when I'm rolling along at 60mph I can head it fine but I'm not blasting others off the road. When I stop at a stoplight the volume auto tunes so I can hear what's going on around me. It's also connects to my cell phone through the BlueTooth and automaticly drops out the radio and answers the phone if it rings. Not cheap but a really cool unit. As I said with the FM trasmitter you can also pickup the trasmition on your bikes radio.

The seat bucket and space below it..block high frequency sound...and essentially turns it into a sub woofer... sounds like a good quality auto system. ;D

You know, if you just need voice, like listening to talk radio, or the news, tweeters and small drivers will do just fine!
I had a GPS speaker installed on an electric bike I have, in front, right behind the windshield. The windshield of my bike is made in such a way that the sound bounces from the speaker onto the windshield, straight in my face! It was very clear to hear, all the way to 30/35MPH!
If you have a windshield, you might want to experiment installing the speakers underneath it on the dashboard! Just regular 2x3" 5W drivers would do fine! They won't give you the bass, some even not the mid tones, but the brights are all you need to hear!
