I bought a yard of vinyl fabric and did it myself. Not professional looking, but the price was right.

I finally found the receipt for the upholstery shop scooter seat repair. It ran me $80.00 and the shop owner told me to never use ArmorAll and suggested Lexol Leather Conditioner/Preservative as a better product -

(Sorry, no I don't know, other than to order a new seat from the dealer you bought the bike from. Look online for parts dealers. Usually those selling the bike have parts from them.
