My fuel pump is located right behind my radiator, "drivers side" frame rail. In out fuel and a vacuum petcock on the bottom. Petcock gets vacuum on tee from manifold and carb. Mines a couple years older, but I doubt they would redesign.

If you are talking about the 250B scooter is has no vacuum fuel petcock period. Petcocks are only for scooters where the tank is above the carb and the fuel gravity flows. On the 250B it has a vacuum fuel pump and if it's the linhai it's on the right side of the fuel tank behind the lower right side panel.
