I have been doing my PDI on my Magnum, I would say they don't do much in the way of thinking when they build them. All the panels cover all access points. If you have large arms, try to get your arm through the small access at the shifter for oil check or fill. Try and find and adjust idle access 6 inches to the rear and larger would be great. Try get to the pull starter, guess putting a metal grommet just to the rear of the pull starter, and place the pull starter on the outside will work . They could have made small access panels for the radiator and coolant recovery or screws at the same place as the windshield mount.
Now PLEASE where is the fill plug or bolt for the gear bolt? Just saying on top of the gear box don't help much. Photo would help.

Could you be more specific? On my 2012 Magnum there is a grey 17 mm plug like bolt just forward and above the sprocket.
