If you are blowing bulbs your regulator/rectifier might but the cause. Check the battery voltage while idling. It should be around 12.5 to 13 volts DC. Then check it while running the RPM's up to 4000 to 5000 RPM's. It should increase to around 13 to 14.5 volts DC. If much higher than that the R/R is bad and is the cause of the problem.
It might be putting out low, then high voltage intermittently.

The lights go up with RPMs and down at idle ? This is normal as most do so . My Echarm the lights come on with turn of the key instead of only when the engine is running like most
