I'm at a loss as to why so many choose the pre-mix 50/50 Prestone and the like. You cannot achieve a fifty percent level this way. Using a total capacity of 60 oz. as an example. Drain existing coolant and flush with water, preferably distilled. After as many flushes as one cares to do, then add 50/50 Prestone. If lucky, maybe 40 ounces are used leaving 20 oz. of pure water that could not be drained. Where is the 50/50 prestone to water ratio achieved. At this rate you will have 20 oz. of pure antifreeze, half the 40 oz. of pre-mix, and 40 oz. of water, 20 of which will be demineralized.

Evidently you don't know how to properly drain a scooter water system? I can get mine dry as a bone.
Can you say compressed air?

I remove the hose from the water pump inlet, take the radiator cap off, and tip the scooter back and forth to fully drain my scooter.

Just drain it and fill with Prestone and use a hydrometer to see the water/ coolant ratio

Prestone Low-tox. (safer around pets and at 88mph induces a time warp.)

A hydrometer is a tube with a squeeze bulb on one end the other open and it has balls inside . You count the number of balls to see what your water to antifreeze ratio is

Flushing the coolant is unnecessary, unless you wait for it to get really old. Just change it at the recommended intervals, and flushing is not needed. Drain the old 50/50 mixture and add more.
I like to add "mouse milk" (water pump lube) to the coolant to prevent water pump failures.

You can use a piece of tubing and a rag and blow it out with your mouth.

If you are really strong you can just turn the scoot upside down and shake it out. Not me though, I have to use compressed air.
