funny he asks for advice yet will not follow the most simple and effective advice given PULL THE PLUG!!!! I would bet money aftger switching to an aftermarket pipe you are lean. Follow the advice to lean your jets out and you will melt that motor. When I switched to an aftermarket pipe and open air filter I went from a 76mj to a 90 and raised the needle up 2 grooves.

I'll give you a piece of advice...forget about these modifications for the moment, ride the bike in it's stock configuration until you get to know it better and then read all you can about your bike and what can be done to improve performance or achieve the performance you think you want out of it. You are new to mechanical basics; until you learn (and that takes some time) just ride your scoot and have some fun. Asking questions and getting vastly differing opinions will only confuse you to the point that you may end up cooking the engine. I'm assuming you are young and know little to nothing about these scooters; this and other forums can teach you everything you'll need to know about scoots but without the basics like maintenance you're just spinning your wheels to no good end. That's my advice and it's free.

+20 should get you on the rich side, then you can work your way down. Always hedge on the side of richness (which you didn't do to begin with, which is why you "killed the enging"

Perhaps someone else here has a better idea, but what I did was took my stock main jet to a motorcycle shop and asked the parts guy to find one that looked exactly like it, but larger. Even a 90 might be too small. I ended up getting a kit of 6 jets, in steps of 5 from 80 to 105, and found that a 100 was right for me. Good luck!
